6 Best Valentine’s Day Drinks To Make For Your Significant Other This Year

Valentine’s Day is today and while you may already have your gifts and dinner reservations set, you might want to consider stirring things up a bit. Impress your significant other with one of these delicious Valentine’s Day themed drinks. Any of these sweet drinks are sure to set a romantic mood for the rest of the night.

  • 3 oz. Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Crème de Cassis
  • Sage Leaves and Grapefruit for garnish


Mix Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, simple syrup and grapefruit juice in a shaker or mixing glass with ice. Strain over ice into serving glass and fill with sparkling water. Top with a splash of crème de cassis and garnish with sage leaves and grapefruit twist.

  • 1 Bottle Kim Crawford Rosé, well chilled
  • 3 Cups Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • Club Soda
  • 1 Carton Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Edible Flowers to garnish


In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries and sugar. Cover and let sit for 30-90 min. mixing occasionally. Divide the strawberries and any juices between 5 rocks glasses, add wine and a splash of club soda. Top with a generous scoop of ice cream. Garnish with your favorite edible flowers.

(Makes 5 servings)


  • Use cocunut based ice cream for dairy-free/vegan option.
  • Substitute peaches, rasberries or any of your favorite summer fruit for the strawberries.
  • Use honey instead of sugar for a richer flavor.

Ruffino’s Berry Kissable

  • 5 oz. Ruffino Prosecco
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 5-6 Rasberries
  • 1 Cup Ice


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend. Pour into a mason jar and garnish with fresh rasberries on top!

  • 3 oz. Riffino Sparkling Rosé
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz. Simple Syrup (or spice this up by making a blackberry simple syrup)
  • 1 Egg White


Dry shake ingredients (except for the Sparkling Rosé), add ice, and shake again. Pour into a highball glass and top with Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with blackberries on a skewer.

Raspberry Gimlet: Marc Pedot, Green Fig


  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Handful of Rasberries


Muddle rasberries, add the rest of ingredients into shaker and shake. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with fresh rasberries.
