Three Valentine’s Day Cocktails to Surprise Your Significant Other With

Valentine’s Day is exactly 7 days away and while you may not have planned out the perfect date night for your significant other, you still have plenty of time to grab all of the ingredients needed below to surprise your boo with some fancy cocktails. Bottoms up, lovers!

KOV Moonlighter Cocktail

Valentine's Day Ketel One Vodka Lavender and Lemon Twist

Yields 1 Serving

  • 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Chamomile-Lavender Syrup**
  • 1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. Soda Water
  • Lemon Twist
  • Lavender Sprigs
  • Combine Ketel One, Chamomile Lavender Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice and Cocchi Americano in Crafthouse by Fortessa Boston Shaker.
  • Add ice and shake lightly. Over-shaking will cause the drink to water down; do not over dilute, as we will be adding additional Soda Water.
  • Roll in Soda Water and strain over fresh ice into a Crafthouse by Fortessa Collins glass.
  • Garnish with a manicured Lemon Twist and Fresh Lavender Sprigs.
**Easy Chamomile-Lavender Syrup Ingredients:
  • Strong Chamomile and Lavender Tea
  • Sugar
  • Brew 1 cup of strong Chamomile and Lavender Tea; allow to steep for 20 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags or herbs.
  • Measure remaining amount of brewed tea, stir in equal volume sugar until dissolved.
  • Chill.

Ketel One Vodka Strawberry Mule

Valentine's Day Ketel One Vodka Moscow Mule with Strawberry Garnish

Yields 1 Serving

  • 1.5 oz. Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Strawberries
  • Ginger Beer
  • Muddle Strawberries in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  • Add Ketel One Family-Made Vodka and Fresh Lime Juice; shake with ice.
  • Strain into a copper mug filled with ice.
  • Top with Ginger Beer

Ketel One Beet Daiquiri

Valentine's Day Ketel One Vodka Beet Juice cocktail

Yields 1 Serving

  • 1.5 oz. Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
  • .75 oz. Lime Juice
  • .25 oz. Honey
  • .25 oz. Beet Juice
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • Muddle Blueberries
  • Combine remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
  • Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a dried citrus wheel.
